Based on personal information protection policy as defined below, CERON Technologies Inc. (herein after referred to as “we”) shall build up a framework of personal information protection and promote the personal information protection by making all employees known and recognized thoroughly of its importance.

We shall take various measures required for maintenance of security system, improvement of management system and intensive employee training as well as strictly manage personal information while taking safety measures in order to keep personal information of customers accurately in updated state and prevent the personal information from illegal access, loss, breakage, falsification and leakage.

Personal information given by customers may be used for sending our information, business guide and other documents or response to inquiries by e-mails.

＜Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third party＞

We shall appropriately manage personal information given by customers and will never disclose to a third party except for a case corresponding to any of the following items.
・A case where a consent is obtained from customer.
・A case where we need to disclose to a business operator to which we outsource some operation in order to provide services requested by a customer.
・A case where disclosure is required based on laws and regulations.

We shall take every safety measures to ensure accuracy and safeness of personal information.

＜Personal identification＞

When customers hope to make reference, revise or delete their own personal information, we respond to such request based on their identification.

＜Compliance and review of laws and codes＞

We shall comply with Japanese laws and other codes applied to personal information we hold and try to improve the policy by reviewing the contents as required.
